Jocelyn Tedisky joined the Office of Faculty and Staff Labor Relations in May 2012. Jocelyn assists the University in labor relations functions, including the administration of collective bargaining agreements with an emphasis on the GEU-UAW labor contract. Jocelyn also serves as the lead case manager for the University’s Employees of Concern Team.
Prior to her current role, Jocelyn has had appointments with the Department of Human Resources performing benefits administration, policy review, and records management initiatives. Jocelyn was involved in the creation and implementation of the University’s Management Support & Development Program.
Jocelyn earned a Master’s in Public Administration as well as a Public Financial Management Graduate Certificate from the University of Connecticut. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut where she majored in Finance and minored in Public Policy. Jocelyn also earned a certificate in contract administration from the Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations.
